Privacy policy

This page describes what Kira King ! records, why, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.

What we record when you click a link

When you follow an outbound link — the signup button, an incentive, or a banner — we log which link it was, the page you clicked it from, the time, your device category (mobile, tablet or desktop), the referring site and your country if the network supplies it.

We also store a one-way hash derived from your IP address and browser string, salted per day. This lets us tell a repeat click apart from a new visitor. It is not reversible and we do not store the IP address itself.

What we do not record

• Your name, email address or phone number — this site has no signup form
• Your IP address in raw form
• Anything that happens after you leave for the signup page
• Payment details of any kind — this site never handles money

The champions board

Nicknames on the weekly board are published in masked form — the first two characters only. Full nicknames are held by the programme team and are never sent to your browser. Member counts and volume figures are aggregates for the affiliate, not records about the members themselves.

Cookies

Essential storage keeps your age confirmation and cookie choice so you are not asked on every page. If you accept optional cookies we additionally measure which listings readers find useful. Choosing Essential only means no measurement script loads at all.

You can clear both choices at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Third parties

When you follow a link off this site, the destination's own privacy policy governs everything from that point. This site receives only aggregate counts of how many readers followed each link.

Retention

Click records are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Aggregate counts, which contain nothing identifying, are kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Because we hold no account data, there is usually nothing to retrieve or erase that identifies you. If you believe a record relates to you, write to [email protected] and we will investigate and respond.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the date of change at the top of this page.
