What is the Kira affiliate programme?

A plain account of how the programme works: what you do, what you earn, when it is paid, and what it will not do for you.
The programme is straightforward. You refer members, you earn a share of the revenue from their activity, and you are paid monthly in Maldivian rufiyaa.
What follows is the whole thing, without the marketing.
What you actually do
You get a tracked link. Anyone who registers through it is attributed to your account for as long as they remain a member. You share that link wherever your audience is — a channel, a group, a page, a conversation.
There is no inventory, no customer service, no payment handling. Your side of it is reach and trust.
What you earn
A percentage of net revenue from your referred members. Net revenue is gross revenue less bonuses credited, processing fees and chargebacks.
The percentage depends on your tier:
| Tier | Rate | Monthly volume |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 25% | Up to MVR 250,000 |
| Silver | 30% | MVR 250,000 – 750,000 |
| Gold | 35% | MVR 750,000 – 2,000,000 |
| Platinum | 40% | Above MVR 2,000,000 |
Tiers are reviewed monthly and can only fall one step per review, so a quiet month does not undo months of work.
When you are paid
The 5th of each month, covering the previous month, with a MVR 1,000 minimum. Below the minimum, the balance rolls forward — it is never lost.
Payment is to a Maldivian bank account or mobile wallet. No conversion, no FX spread.
The weekly board
Standings are published every week, ranked on deposit volume from referred members. The top three take hardware prizes plus cash at the close of each month.
Nicknames on the board are masked to the first two characters. Recognition without exposure.
What it will not do
It will not make money without an audience. The single most common disappointment comes from people who join, post a link twice to a page nobody reads, and conclude the programme does not work.
The people at the top of the board have something in common: a group or channel of real people who already trust them. Building that is the actual work. The programme is what you attach to it once it exists.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no fee to join and no minimum volume to stay.
Realistic first month
A new affiliate with a modest existing audience — say a group of a few hundred engaged people — typically sees:
- 15–40 registrations
- 8–20 of those becoming active
- First-month commission somewhere between MVR 800 and MVR 4,000
That is not life-changing. The second and third months are where it compounds, because members referred in month one are still active in month three and you are not starting from zero.
